Great Jerky Maker   Date Of Review: February 8, 2009 Reviewed by: T. Williamson, Boston and VT This is a great dehydrator, perfect for beef jerky. Having the heat and fan unit on the top makes for much easier clean up. This unit replaced my old Gardenmaster, which had the fan on the bottom. They both worked perfectly, but the old one was difficult to clean. The new unit also has added features such as a digital temp gauge, and a digital timer. Both are great features, and help add to an already great product. I highly recommend.
